Beautiful Skin With Minimum Effort

What’s Your Skin Type? Skin types include normal, oily, dry, and sensitive. Some people also have a combination of skin types in different areas of their skin. My skin has definitely changed over time. When I was younger it was sensitive yet oily, now it is sensitive and dry. Instead of treating your skin to the ultimate treatment, some people spend more money on getting a manicures and pedicures; I do those things mostly at home and splurge on skin care, to insure I have the best skin as possible.  Everyone wants beautiful skin, but not everyone has it.  Ladies I'm going to introduce to you 5 natural ways to beautify your skin.  First let’s identify some types of problem skin.
     Oily skin, a feature lot of women have.  There are several different things that can cause oily skin.  Marked by pimples, white heads, and white heads left untreated, which are black heads.  All are bi-products of the body's waste system released through the skins pores and becomes trapped within them and or under the skin.  Most times the blemishes, pimples, and/or blotches we get on our skin are from things we intake.  By reducing or cutting these things out of our diet will prevent a large percentage of the results of our oily skin.  Keep in mind certain oil based products that we use on our hair and skin can cause our pores to become blocked or lock in oil.
     Culprits that cause oily skin and the number one cause of those red or purple juicy puss filled bumps are soda pop.  These tasty carbonated beverages can have a hold on us via the effects of the caffeine in them.  If you want clear skin and you have acne, it’s a must that you stop drinking soda pop or reduces the amount of pop you drink by 90 percent.  Potatoes chips, greasy foods such as fried foods, whether fast food or otherwise can potentially cause oily skin and clog pores.  Also if you smoke you increase your chances of having bad skin.  So if you want to beautify your skin and you smoke quit!

     As I said before acne, white heads or even black heads are bi-products of your bodies attempt to rid itself of waste.  There is a way that you can help this process which will in turn help to clear and beautify your skin.  A hot face towel will open your pores and thus loosen foreign matter within them.  First, run very hot water through a clean face towel.  Carefully squeeze out the water leaving a steaming hot towel, lay the towel over your face with your hands holding in the moisture, and inhale the steam into your nose.  Repeat 10 times then again at night.  Together with avoiding the center productive behavior stated above your skin will soon start to clear and thus beautify.
     Dry skin, can be caused by allergic reactions.  In that case it's best to see a doctor or dermatologist.  But otherwise dry skin comes from a lack of oils in your skin.  You can intake natural oils through food such as fish which is recommended once a week.  Also cod liver oil vitamins are very helpful in this aspect.  It could also be a lack of hydration.  So drink plenty of water.  In the event of facial dryness after washing your face, take a few droplets of olive oil and pat your face with it.  This will revitalize you skin and moisturize it.  Using the hot towel method and olive oil at night will improve your dry skin.

     So in closing ladies, watch out for the skin killers:
1. Soda pop, greasy fried foods whether fast food or otherwise. 
2. Stop smoking and drinking carbonated beverages.
3. Open pores with a hot towel, hydrate skin with the hot towel method and moisturize with olive oil for dry skin.
4. Take Antioxidants such as beta-carotene and vitamins C, E, and A can curb the damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. 
5. Drink lots of water.
